Articolo I - Denominazione della manifestazione
II Concorso Fotografico della Consulta Giovanile del Comune di Corleone.
Articolo II – Periodo e area di svolgimento
La manifestazione si svolgerà giorno 08/08/2010 presso la Villa Comunale del Comune di Corleone.
Articolo III – Partecipazione
La partecipazione è gratuita ed aperta a tutti.
Articolo IV – L’iscrizione
L’iscrizione deve avvenire entro il 31/07/2010. Le fotografie devono pervenire agli organizzatori in busta chiusa insieme al relativo modello di iscrizione firmato. Esse potranno essere consegnate a mano o spedite all’ufficio protocollo del Comune di Corleone, e intestate a “Consulta Giovanile del Comune di Corleone, Piazza Garibaldi 1 Corleone 90034”. Ogni persona potrà presentare 3 foto. Alle foto sarà assegnato un numero progressivo in base all’ordine di iscrizione.
Articolo V – Tema
Tema del Concorso Fotografico will be "THE ENVIRONMENT"

Article VI -
stock photography can be both horizontally and vertically, in both color and black and white and its maximum size will be equal to A4. We will accept original photos or photos that changed.
Article VI - Rights and responsibilities of the participants
Each participant is responsible for his own works, raising the organizers from any liability, whether in respect of any subjects depicted in the photographs. The candidate must inform any interested parties (people portrayed) in the cases and manner provided for in Article 10 of Law 675/96 and subsequent changes con D.Lgs. 30 giugno 2003 n.196, nonché procurarsi il consenso alla diffusione degli stessi. In nessun caso le immagini inviate potranno contenere dati qualificabili come sensibili. Ogni partecipante dichiara di possedere tutti i diritti sugli originali, sulle acquisizioni digitali e sulle elaborazioni delle fotografie inviate; conserva la proprietà delle opere trasmesse .
Articolo VII - Rinuncia al diritto di restituzione
Tutti i partecipanti rinunciano al loro diritto di restituzione delle fotografie che resteranno di proprietà della Consulta Giovanile del Comune di Corleone che le conserverà e valuterà l’opportunità di poterle esporre o pubblicare presso il proprio sito internet, il tutto riportando always the author of the photo.
Article VIII -
Award will be awarded the best photos will be judged by evaluating the idea, relevance to the topic stated, the quality. There are no cash prizes, but the owner of the photo judged winner will be awarded a cup, who can remember the event. The award ceremony will take place or the same evening after the event or one of the summer evenings Corleone. Those who are not present for the awards will be notified and can pick up their awards at a date and place to be agreed. Participants may also request that the award is sent to an address specified by them, as long as they paid the postage.
Article IX - Selection of the winning photos
The winning photo will be chosen by a jury.
Article X - Rules Acceptance
Each participant who signs the enrollment form will declare that I have read and accept this regulation in all its parts.
Article XI - Request digital copy
See The Youth of Corleone, in order to achieve a presentation that will be projected during the prize-giving event, free to all calls to attach a digital copy of the photo.
Article XII - Possible amendments to the Rules
The Look Youth Corleone as the organizer of the event, reserves the right to change the regulation just mentioned in order to improve the success of the event and to resolve any problems that might occur in the course of it.
