Art.1
Philip G. Zimbardo Fund, in collaboration with the town of Corleone, announces a public competition for the award of N. 9 scholarships, for a total of € uro 9,000.00, divided as follows:
a) scholarships in memory of ROSE RUSSO Luczo:
• 4 grants, amounting to € uro 1,000.00 each, for students, male, enrolled in the first year of an undergraduate degree in any University of Italy AA 2009/2010;
• 4 grants, amounting to € uro 1,000.00 each, for students, women, enrolled in the first year of a degree course at any university 's Italy AA 2009/2010;
b) scholarships in honor of Steve Luczo:
• 1 allowance of work, the amount of € uro 1,000.00, for those who have graduated over the past five academic years, in any University of accused who have legally recognized in the period on the graduation, inconvenience and / or family problems (physical handicaps, psychological discomfort, poverty, death of parent, etc ....).
Art.2
funds for the grant of nine scholarships come from a donation from Mr Steve Luczo that by Philip G. Zimbardo Fund has given the appropriate provisions for the settlement of securities access to the competition used for the preparation of this announcement.
Art.3
The competition is open to candidates who meet the following requirements:
1) scholarships referred to in subparagraph a)
• residence in the town of Corleone;
• diplomati in una scuola media superiore con una votazione non inferiore a 95/100;
• iscrizione al primo anno di una qualunque Università degli Studi legalmente riconosciuta;
2) assegni di lavoro di cui alla lettera b)
• residenza nel Comune di Corleone;
• diploma di laurea, conseguito negli ultimi cinque anni accademici, in una qualunque Università degli Studi legalmente riconosciuta;
• documentazione comprovante lo stato di disagio e/o i problemi familiari vissuti nel periodo relativo al conseguimento del titolo di studio universitario.
Art.4
Le domande di partecipazione, redatte in carta libera, dovranno essere indirizzate al Sindaco del Comune Corleone and, in the penalty of exclusion, not later than June 4, 2010.

applications, in addition to the generality of the participant, shall contain a statement that the same does not take advantage of other scholarships from public or private bodies and must be accompanied by the following documents:
1) scholarships in the letter to )
• a copy of the diploma awarded by a vote;
- and any other certificate or degree obtained in the course of Higher Education (English, Computer, etc.).
• Certificate of enrollment in the first year of a University of any legally recognized examinations showing incurred;
• a photocopy of an identity document valid.
2) allowance of work referred to in subparagraph b)
• a copy of the diploma awarded by a vote;
• all appropriate documentation showing the discomfort and / or family problems (physical handicaps, psychological distress, economic hardship [ISSE indicator relating to 'year 2009 the household equal to or less than € uro 7000.00], death of parent, etc ....) lived in the period relating to the attainment of a university degree;
• a photocopy of an identity document valid.
All certifications will be replaced by a declaration in lieu thereof. The list will be made solely on the basis of the information / documents provided within the application.
Art.5
Grants referred to in subparagraph a) will be paid out according to two separate lists to be compiled by a Commission consisting of a representative of Philip G. Found Zimbardo and two representatives of the City of Corleone, according to the votes given in the attainment of educational qualifications and other elements might be derived from the application documentation. A tie vote of maturity in the individual rankings, will be assessed in the school curriculum, the academic curriculum (exams) and then priority will be given to subjects with minors. The ranking
referred to in point b) will be made on the basis of documents submitted with the application, taking into account the contingent elements.
The lists are public and will be based on objective evaluation. The decision of the Commission and decisions of the Mayor are final.
Art.6
The scholarships will be delivered on 10 June 2010 to Steve Luczo presence of the benefactor. Appropriate notice be given to the winners.
