Per superare la crisi economica e l’atavica questione meridionale bisognerebbe utilizzare al meglio sia le risorse locali, sia i vari finanziamenti europei ma, soprattutto, costruire reti efficaci di comunicazione che favoriscano l’interazione tra gli attori the territory and allow the full expression of the potential contained in the intelligence and skills still underutilized.
