Cultural Association Texts & Lyrics "announces the first edition of the literary competition" out of the drawer " created with the intention of discovering and promoting new works by Italian and foreign newcomers and already established. The aim of this competition is to promote interest in the book by providing opportunities for discussion between authors and audience.

The theme chosen for this first edition is " the journey." The trip is for all the opportunity to explore new experiences, to discover unknown places and meet different people and cultures, far from our everyday life. You travel to exotic places in search of holiday, on business or just with your mind in the places and time. The trip is in any case an opportunity to escape from reality, an interlude of life to tell.
Competition Procedure
The works selected for the competition will be judged by a jury appointed by the Association will be comprised of academics, publishing and journalism. The entries judged winners by the jury will be collected in a volume whose details will be published at the end of the competition.
